​If you’d like to host an event or promotion using the name the Trials to Triumph Foundation, you must first receive written approval. Please review and complete our Fundraising Agreement, and send it to our Lisa Grimes at lgrimes@trialstotriumph.org. We kindly ask that you allow up to four weeks for processing and approval.
